Résumé :
Depuis une dizaine d’années, on assiste à une explosion de la masse de données que les chercheurs en sciences de la vie doivent exploiter. En effet, de nombreuses sources de données publiques (et privées) sont disponibles sur le Web. De plus, cette situation est amplifiée par la masse tout aussi importante de données produites par des expérimentations in-silico.
Cette thèse vise à la conception de méthodes et d’outils informatiques pour la réalisation d'un système d'intégration de données génomiques hétérogènes distribuées sur le Web. Les résultats de la thèse pourront être utilisés, entre autres, par des généticiens qui cherchent à identifier des gênes et leurs variants impliqués dans une maladie humaine.
